Man charged in connection with death of man in Wigan
Published 12/17/2012 01:00:47 PMA man has been charged in connection with the death of a man in Wigan.
David Hanbury (born 28/10/1982) of Honeysuckle Avenue, Beech Hill, Wigan has been charged with manslaughter.
He will appear at Wigan Magistrates Court on 3 January 2013.
At approximately 1.30am on Monday 8 October 2012, 60-year-old Michael Warhurst was pushed over outside Chicago Rock on King Street in Wigan. He fell backwards and hit his head on the floor.
Michael died on 9 October 2012.
A post mortem examination concluded the cause of death was due to a head injury.
