Man charged after death of Vincent Kershaw
Published 11/28/2012 07:26:08 AMA man has been charged with the murder of Vincent Kershaw.
Michael Fearon (22/02/1956) of Timbercliffe, Littleborough was charged and due before Bury magistrates tomorrow, Wednesday 28 November 2012.
At about 5.10pm on Sunday 14 October 2012, police were called to a house on Willows Lane, Milnrow, following reports of a concern for the welfare of 84-year-old Vincent.
Officers attended and Mr Kershaw, was found dead.
A home office post mortem concluded that he died from head injuries.
