Name: Muriel Taylor
Town: Oldham
Comments: I had the privilege and great pleasure to meet Mike Todd with a party of young people, at the celebration of the Make A Difference Competition in Manchester. He had a very warm personality and an easy rapport with everyone who met him. My abiding memory of him is seeing him singing and dancing to the Village People's song 'Y.M.C.A.' This included all the actions - much to the delight of my group of teenagers. The Police Service needs more officers like him. May he rest in peace.

Name: Mansoor Muhammad
Town: Oldham - Prophet Muhammad (Pbuh) Institution
Comments: I have just returned from abroad and I am absolutely devastated to hear of Mike's tragic death. Mike was such a nice person and I truly admired him and always enjoyed his company. He had a great personality. I can still picture his lovely smile. I am a Muslim and Mike was a follower of Christianity, but this never made NO DIFFERENCE in our relationship and friendship; We sat down tegother many times to share our thoughts, to share our food, and to share our beliefs, Islam & Christianity. Mike and I jointly proved that Muslims and Christians can live and co-exist in harmony. Mike also worked very hard to implement the law with rigour to protect the public. I will miss him immensly. We have lost a great man of this millenium. Mike! I only wish you were still here. You may have died and left the world, but the good memories will never die or leave my mind.
