Policing is constantly adapting to changing needs and demand which means we need fresh, innovative and future-focused individuals in the right roles.
We want to recruit successful, proven leaders so that’s why we’re working in partnership with the College of Policing to encourage and support the right people to join the Force in managerial positions.
Through the Direct Entry programme, we’re able to recruit people who might not have a background in policing but have had flourishing careers as leaders. The ideal candidates are able to join at inspector or superintendent level, and this year, we’re delighted to have three inspector positions available. Fancy it?
