Guilty plea following the murders of PCs Bone and Hughes

Greater Manchester Police is aware that on Tuesday 12 February 2013, Dale Cregan (born 06/06/83) of no fixed address, pleaded guilty at Preston Crown Court to the murders of PC Fiona Bone and PC Nicola Hughes on 18 September 2012.

Greater Manchester Police welcomes these guilty pleas but due to ongoing court proceedings, we cannot comment further at this time.
