Psychoactive Substances

Psychoactive Substances, previously known as ‘legal highs’, have the same or similar effects as drugs such as cocaine and ecstasy. Side effects from these substances are common and can include heart palpitations, vomiting, dizziness, fainting, panic attacks and psychosis. They are often designed to mimic class A drugs.
