I am Inspector Lee Donnelly and I have recently been given the exciting opportunity to lead your local Neighbourhood Policing Team (NPT). Having grown up in the area myself, I feel proud to now return in this privileged position. During my 18 years as a GMP officer, I have acquired a great deal of knowledge and worked in a number of uniformed and specialist roles within the organisation. I will be drawing on this knowledge and looking to adapt this for the benefit of the community.
A total of 294 vehicles were stopped and checked as part of a national week of action to target rogue traders.
As part of Safer Internet Day 2017 on Tuesday 7th February, Greater Manchester Police is reminding people on how to help protect themselves from becoming a victim of cybercrime.
