A Special Case Hearing in accordance with Part 5 of the Police (Conduct) Regulations 2012 involving a Greater Manchester Police Officer, PC 14141 Daniel Aimson, is to take place on Friday 24th February 2017.
The Special Case Hearing will take place at GMP Wigan Police Station, Robin Park Rd, Wigan, WN5 0UP in The ‘Conference Room’.
The Special Case Hearing will begin at 1.00pm.
The alleged conduct which is the subject matter of the Special Case Hearing is an alleged breach of the ‘Discreditable Conduct’ and ‘Honesty & Integrity’ Standards of Professional Behaviour.
Any person intending on attending the Special Case Hearing must pre- register by telephoning 0161 856 2910 and leaving details including name and telephone number. The number of persons able to attend the hearing is limited by available space and is therefore restricted to a maximum of 20 plus 4 members of the press. Persons will be allowed to attend on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.
Any person who has not pre-registered will not be permitted to attend the hearing.
Any person who has pre-registered but attends after the hearing has started will not be allowed entry.
No recording or filming of the Special Case Hearing is permitted and any person attending may be searched upon entry to the Greater Manchester Police Wigan Police Station.
Persons attending will note that no parking or refreshment facilities are available at the venue.’
