Five charged in connection with Sait Mboob's murder


Detectives investigating the murder of 18-year-old Sait Mboob in Moss Side have charged a further three men and two boys.

Laif Morgan (27/06/1995) of St Gregory’s road in Ardwick, Requan Brown ( 17/10/1998) of Higher Ardwick, Ardwick and Ryan Isaacs (22/12/1998) of Woodlands Road, Crumpsall have all been charged with murder and three charges of section 18 wounding.

A 16 year-old boy and a 17-year-old boy have also been charged with murder and three charges of section 18 wounding.
They have been remanded in custody to appear at Manchester and Salford Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday 21 February 2018.
Shortly before 8.40pm on Tuesday 8 August 2017, police were called to reports of a fight on Crosshill Street.
When officers arrived they discovered four people with stab wounds, and they were taken to hospital.
Sait Mboob, 18, sadly died shortly afterwards as a result of his injuries.
