/ Man may be injured after collision in Levenshulme.

Officers are trying to trace a man who may have been injured following a collision in Levenshulme.

At around 12.15am on Monday 13 March 2017, police were called to reports of a collision involving a white Ford Fiesta Zetec and a man on Stockport Road near to the junction of Chapel Street.

The pedestrian – who is described as white, bald, of medium build and aged in his 30s - walked away along Chapel Street before police were able to speak with him.

Officers believe he could be injured and are now appealing directly to the man to make contact with them.

Detective Constable Anna Meakin, of GMP’s City of Manchester Division, said: “If you were the man involved in this incident, we are worried that you may have been hurt. Please get in touch with us as soon as you can so we can confirm that you’re safe and well.”
