Police have arrested a man in connection with an indecent exposure in Salford.
At around 4pm on Monday 5 February 2018, police were called to reports of a man performing a lewd act in public on Broughton Road in Pendleton.
Two days later, on Wednesday 7 February 2018, police were called shortly before 3.30pm to reports of an indecent exposure on Littleton Road in Lower Kersal.
An investigation was launched into both reports and a 35-year-old man has since been arrested on suspicion of outraging public decency and explosure. He remains in custody for questioning.
Detective Sergeant Chris Doggart of GMP’s Salford borough, said: “This issue has caused a lot of distress and upset as innocent people going about their day were confronted by a man in an indecent state.
“Although we have made an arrest, our investigation into these incidents continues and we are appealing for the public’s help.
