The family of Taylor Schofield, who was tragically killed in a collision, have paid tribute to him.
Michael Robinson (20/03/1987) pleaded guilty to causing death by dangerous driving at Manchester Crown Court, Crown Square and was sentenced to 6 years and 8 months today, Wednesday 20 February 2019.
Taylor Schofield, 11, was tragically killed on 12 January 2019. Following sentencing, his family said the following:
Paying tribute to Taylor, his mum said: “My son Taylor will be so sadly missed by us all - Mum, Matthew, Sophie, Dean, John, friends and family. We will never forget you- you are always in our hearts.”
Paying tribute to Taylor, his dad said: “Taylor- you are my world. We were going on holiday this year and that was tragically taken away from us. You loved your football and those are memories I will hold dearly. My boy- my life will never be the same without you. All I feel is pure devastation and I will feel that every day. Love Dad.”
