Man charged following the death of Radoslaw Waclawiak in Crumpsall

A man has been charged following the death of Radoslaw Waclawiak in Crumpsall.

Janusz Stanislaw Kosik (born 08/06/1965), of Martingale Court has been charged with murder.

He is due to appear at Oldham Magistrates’ Court today, Wednesday 26 September 2012.

At about 1.10am on Saturday 22 September 2012, police were called to Martingale Court, Crumpsall to reports a man had been stabbed.

Officers attended and discovered 25-year-old Radoslaw Waclawiak with a chest injury.

He was taken to hospital but sadly died a short time later.

A post-mortem examination has established that the cause of death was a fatal stab wound to the chest.
