A man will appear at court today under a European Arrest Warrant executed for the murder of Kelly Davies in Bolton.

A 35-year-old man from the Bolton area is due to appear at Bolton Magistrates Court today, Friday 27 July 2012.

Just before 1pm on Monday 4 June 2012, police were called to Queen Street in Farnworth by the ambulance service where they found the body of 31-year-old Kelly Davies.

A Home Office post-mortem examination found that Kelly died from stab wounds.

On Friday 8 June 2012, a 35-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of murder in the Netherlands by Dutch police.
