What: Fly-tipping

Where: All over Hollin Estate, Hopwood Woods and St Anne's Academy area.

When: Daily occurrence - all times of day (mainly mornings).

Update: Officers, PCSO's and Rochdale Boroughwide Housing Officers are monitoring this issue and gathering intelligence to identify offenders and report them for any identifiable offences.

What: High Volume of Construction/Utility Traffic due to new properties being built, causing obstruction, congestion and nuisance.

Where: Hollin Estate

When: Daily during the daytime and afternoon

Update: Local Officers to monitor the volume of traffic in an effort to alleviate the problem. Where road traffic offences are highlighted offenders will be advised and/or reported.

What: Off-road bikes being ridden on public highways

Where: The Langley Estate

When: All days and times - peak times during the evenings and at the weekends

Update: High visibility patrols and Safer Roads Targetting Team to be randomly deployed. Offenders/offences highlighted to be reported

Where: Across the Langley Estate.

When: Late evening and early hours of the night

Update: High visibility patrols and pro-active operations are being employed to combat the volume of Burglaries

What: Parking congestion and vehicle obstructions.

Where: Windermere Road, Langley

When: School dropping off and picking up times mornings and afternoons.

Update: High visibility neighbourhood patrols to monitor the problem and Traffic Wardens to be deployed to the location.
