Job summary

You will supervise and work as part of a team to provide effective training in relation to Leadership and Diversity, designing, developing and delivering a range of internal and external training programmes and workshops attended by police officers and staff, across all ranks and grades, for external Forces, Government agencies and public and private sector organisations.
Having worked as a trained/qualified trainer and with knowledge and experience of planning and managing a programme of courses, you will knowledge and experience of Equality and Diversity, alongside knowledge of Management/Leadership theory. With experience of effective team working and having carried out appropriate administrative duties, you will ideally have supervisory experience alongside a Degree or relevant professional qualification. The appointed candidate must be flexible and able to travel throughout the Force area and on occasions, be prepared to work outside of normal office hours.
