Give us feedback about the service you have received from Greater Manchester Police.

GMP strives to provide the best possible service and to find solutions to the crime and anti-social behaviour affecting you.

Your feedback is important to us, it helps us do more of the things we are doing well, and to address those areas where we don’t do as well.

You can provide feedback, including making a formal complaint, by

• Contacting your Neighbourhood Policing Team 
• Speak to an officer on patrol
• Contact Greater Manchester Police on the non-emergency number by calling 0161 872 5050
• Greater Manchester Police Authority (GMPA) make sure that the police in your area are accountable, and that you have a say in how the area is policed. Contact GMPA by clicking here or telephoning 0161 793 3127.
• Contact the Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) if the matter relates to the conduct of a GMP officer of member of staff by going to www.ipcc.gov.uk, telephoning 08453 002002 or writing to North West IPCC, 1st floor, Oaklands House, Washway Road, Sale, M33 6FS.
• Writing to the Chief Constable if it is general policing issue at Greater Manchester Police, Chester House, Boyer Street, Manchester M16 0RE.

If your issue is about anti-social behaviour you should contact your local council who work with the police to tackle issues of anti-social behaviour.
