Performance Management

 

Neighbourhood Policing is supported by a performance management framework which measures volume crime, anti-social behaviour and confidence in communities, in addition to monitoring the implementation of the corporate minimum standards for Neighbourhood Policing.

This information is published in both monthly and quarterly performance bulletins which will report performance at Neighbourhood Area level and at Neighbourhood Community level.

This information will inform understanding of local crime and anti-social behaviour which will allow solutions to be identified.

Performance will be discussed at Divisional Quarterly Performance Reviews and at Force GRIP meetings where there will be recognition of good practice and discussion around areas for improvement.
