Every force and authority in the country has a legal duty to publish a Policing Plan setting out priorities for the forthcoming year, how forces are working towards these and the measures and targets used to assess their performance.This year we have set out this information in Our Promises to You Greater Manchester Policing Plan 2012-13.
GMP has continued to make significant progress in tackling crime and the
Force remains committed to dealing with those issues which really matter to
people, including burglary, violent crime, stealing and making vulnerable
people feel safe.
