Customer Satisfaction Surveys

GMP, and all police forces in England and Wales, conduct surveys with people who have recently come into contact with the police. In particular we survey those who have experienced a burglary, vehicle crime, violent crime or a racist incident as well as those who have been involved in road traffic collisions.

The results of the surveys are used to improve the service that we provide to our customers in the future.

The surveys are telephone interviews and are conducted by an independent market research company called Maven Research. Maven Research are based in High Wycombe, however, the majority of the interviews are conducted from their call centre in Newcastle Upon Tyne.
