I'd like to report a change to my residential address
If you have not yet created an online account you will need to do this, and book an appointment with IVRO to update your residential address. Please go to our online portal to create your account.
If you have already created an online account and need to update your residential address you can do this at any Police Station in Greater Manchester with a Public Enquiry Counter. You will need to take with you your Police Registration Certificate and proof of your new address (such as tenancy agreement, utility bill or bank statement). You do not need an appointment to do this.

Please note: This change only refers to a change from one Greater Manchester address to another Greater Manchester address.
You'll need to register with us. You should create a new account via the online portal. When you create your account, select 'Transfer in' and not 'New registration'.
You'll then need to make an appointment to attend the IVRO and complete the process.
