I'd like to report my PRC as lost, stolen or damaged
If your certificate has been lost or stole, you will first need to report this on the reportmyloss website.
You'll need to access your online account, select the option for a replacement PRC and book an appointment to attend the International Visitor Registration Office (IVRO).
Please make sure you bring the following:
PRC (if it is damaged)
your biometric residence permit (BRP) with UKVI/Home Office approval letter or email
Proof of residential and study or work address

£34 registration fee will be payable for all replacement PRC’s except for PRC’s which are full whereby a continuation PRC will be issued free of charge.
If you live and are registered with another police force outside of the Greater Manchester area and need to obtain a replacement PRC, you must report to the police force you currently live in and not the police force covering the area you work or study if this happens to be in Greater Manchester.
