I am undertaking an academic study into the content of Clare's Law disclosures.

 

I would like to request a copy of force guidance or policy that sets out the kind of information that can be disclosed by Greater Manchester Police under Clare's Law and in what circumstances.

 

I am looking for guidance that would specify what kind of data can be disclosed: convictions, spent convictions, charges, intelligence, and so on.

 

An electronic copy would be preferable if possible.
