An Accelerated Misconduct Hearing involving a former Greater Manchester Police officer will be held on 14 July 2026.
The Accelerated Misconduct Hearing will take place at the PSD Hearing Suite, Unit A, Northampton Road, Central Park, Manchester.
The Accelerated Misconduct Hearing will begin at 13.30.
Former PC 19384 Masood Meah will answer allegations that their conduct amounts to a breach of the Standards of Professional Behaviour for Orders and Instructions and Discreditable Conduct contrary to the Police (Conduct) Regulations 2020. Between approximately May 2025 and October 2025, PC Meah repeatedly contacted on social media a high-risk domestic violence victim, who he had come into contact within the course of his work, without a policing purpose.
Members of the public wishing to attend the Accelerated Misconduct Hearing must register to do so.
The need to manage those persons attending the hearing will limit numbers to 12 total.
If members of the press or public wish to observe the hearing, they are required to pre-register via the GMP website, leaving their details including contact telephone number and email address. Anyone who has not pre-registered will not be allowed to access the hearing.
No recording or filming of the proceedings is allowed.
