The Officer will answer allegations that their conduct amounts to a breach of the Standards of Professional Behaviour for Discreditable Conduct, Orders and Instructions and Fitness for Duty contrary to the Police (Conduct) Regulations 2020 following a positive result for a controlled substance, obtained during a 'with cause' drugs test.
The need to manage those persons attending the hearing will limit numbers to 12 total.
If members of the press or public wish to observe the hearing, they are required to pre-register via the GMP website, leaving their details including contact telephone number and email address. Anyone who has not pre-registered will not be allowed to access the hearing.
No recording or filming of the proceedings is allowed.
