Police are appealing for information after a man was seriously injured following a collision in Tameside.

At around 6:15pm on Saturday 21 March 2020, police were called to reports that an off road motorised bike had collided with a wall in a car park on Mottram Road, Stalybridge.
The rider – a 23-year-old man – was taken to hospital with a serious head injury, where he remains in a critical condition.
An investigation has been launched and police are appealing for information.
Constable Peter Cunningham, of GMP’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit, said: “Sadly this incident has left a man with very serious injuries, and we are keen to establish the circumstances behind this collision.
“I am hopeful that there are witnesses who will be able to assist us further with our enquiries, and would like to take this opportunity to ask anyone who has any information or any dash cam footage to please get in touch with police as soon as possible.”
