A man has been charged in connection with a stabbing in Stockport

Liam Fosbrook (22/1/95) of Sheen Gardens, Manchester has been charged with section 18 assault. He has been remanded to appear before Manchester Magistrates Court today (18 December).
Police were called just after 6:30am yesterday (Friday 17 December) to reports of an altercation on Foliage Crescent in Brinnington.
Officers attended, and found a 35-year-old man with stab wounds. He's been taken to hospital for treatment and he remains in a critical condition.
