Investigation underway after motorcyclist killed in Trafford collision

We’re appealing for information after a motorcyclist died following a collision with a car in Trafford on Friday (28 October) evening.
At 6.45pm we were alerted to a collision on Wythenshawe Road in the Sale area involving a silver Mercedes C250 and a green Kawasaki motorbike.
Sadly the rider of the motorbike – a 43-year-old man – died in hospital a short time later.
His family have been made aware and our specially trained officers from our Serious Collision Investigation Unit will be supporting them.
The driver of the Mercedes remained at the scene and is assisting us with our enquiries.
