Lewis Crabtree (27/12/91) of no fixed abode has been charged with arson with intent to endanger life and three shoplifting offences.
He will appear at Manchester and Salford Magistrates’ Court today (Thursday 21 November 2019).
At around 4:50am on Sunday 17 November 2019, police were called to Harpurhey Shopping Centre, Manchester to reports of a serious assault of a 26-year-old man.
Emergency services attended and although the victim didn’t suffer any injuries, his clothing was damaged by the fire.
