A 16-year-old boy - who cannot be named for legal reasons - has been charged with six counts of sexual assault and two counts of attempted sexual assault.
He will appear at Manchester Magistrates Youth Court on Wednesday 16 October 2019.
Between June 2018 and May 2019, police were called to reports of a number of women being sexually assaulted on Fallowfield Loop footpath.
