A man has been charged in connection with the attempted abduction of a woman in Salford

Stephen Robert Backhouse (03/02/1973) of Loganberry Avenue, Salford has been charged with attempted kidnap.
He has been remanded in custody to appear before Manchester & Salford Magistrates’ Court later today, Monday 27 April 2020.
Shortly after 7.15pm on Saturday 25 April 2020, police were called to reports of an attempted abduction on Park Lane.
