Two men have been charged with firearms offences.

Sean Farrell (17/10/1989) of Manchester Road, Rochdale has been charged with the following:

•    One count of section 18 wounding with intent
•    One count of possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life /
•    enable another to do so
•    One count of possession of ammunition with intent to endanger life /
•    enable another to do so

 

John Farrell (16/10/1970) of Manchester Road, Rochdale has been charged with the following:

•    One count of possessing a firearm
•    One count of possessing ammunition for a firearm without a certificate
•    One count of possession of  Class B drugs with intent to supply
•    One count of abstract / use without authority electricity

Both men have been remanded in custody to appear before Manchester Minshull Street Crown Court on Tuesday 5 May 2020.

Shortly before 12:30am on Monday 6 April 2020, police were called to Manchester Road, Rochdale to reports that a man had been shot.
