A man from Bolton has been charged with murder.
Christopher Walton (12/12/96) of Mobberley Road, Bolton appeared at Bolton Crown Court today (Wednesday 12 August 2020) charged with murder.
He has been remanded in custody and will appear at Manchester Crown Square Court on Monday 4 January 2021.
At around 10.20pm on Monday 13 July 2020, police were called to reports of an assault on Winchester Way, Bolton. A 46-year-old man was taken to hospital with life threatening injuries. He has since sadly died.
