A man has been charged following a collision in Trafford

Michael Pullan (07/12/91) of Wadebridge Avenue, Baguley has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving and causing serious injury by dangerous driving.

He is due to appear at Manchester and Salford Magistrates Court on Wednesday 16 December 2020.

At around 11.10pm on Wednesday 11 December 2019, police were called to a report of a collision on Warburton Lane, Partington. Officers attended and established that a black Audi S3 had collided with a tree. A passenger - a 26-year-old man was sadly pronounced dead at the scene. A second passenger was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
