Two men have been charged following an armed robbery in Moston.

 

Michael Daly (23/12/1997) of Sandyhill Road, Manchester has been charged with robbery, possession of a bladed article, fraud by false representation, theft, dangerous driving and driving a motor vehicle whilst over the prescribed limit of alcohol

 

Patrick Daly (03/07/1981) of no fixed address has been charged with aggravated vehicle taking.

 

Both men have been remanded in custody to appear before Manchester and Salford Magistrates Court on Monday 27 January 2020.

 

This is in relation to an armed robbery which took place at 7pm on Thursday 23 January 2020 on Brocklehurst Street, in which a car was stolen.
