Jayden Hayes (29/01/1996) of no fixed abode, has been charged with two counts of attempted murder.
He has been remanded in custody to appear before Stockport Magistrate’s Court on Thursday 9 July 2020.
The first incident occurred at 6.30pm on Friday 1 November 2019, when a 61-year-old woman was stabbed on Longfield Crescent, Oldham.
The second incident took place on Wednesday 20 November 2019. On this occasion a 71-year-old woman was attacked by a man with a knife in an alleyway off Stoneleigh Street, Derker, Oldham.
Both women were taken to hospital with serious injuries and have since been discharged.
