A murder investigation is under way after a man died from his injuries following an incident in Stockport.
Dylan Towers, 35, from Stockport, was found with stab wounds after police were called just after 6:30am on Friday 17 December 2021 to reports of an altercation on Foliage Crescent in Brinnington.
Mr Towers was taken to hospital in a critical condition but sadly died from his injuries on 29 December.
A post-mortem will take place to determine the cause of death.
Detective Chief Inspector Ben Cottam, of GMP's Major Incident Team, said: "This is a tragic incident where a man has lost his life and is now being treated as murder."
Liam Fosbrook (22/1/95) of Sheen Gardens, Wythenshawe, Manchester, has been charged with section 18 assault and will appear at Manchester Minshull Street Crown Court on 21 January 2022.
