Three men have been charged in connection with the attempted theft of plant machinery in Trafford Park yesterday.
Dean GOODWIN, 19/05/1989, of Macdonald Avenue, Bolton has been charged with Burglary other than a dwelling with intent to steal.
Sean HARDMAN, 12/12/1994, of Parkfield Avenue, Bolton has been charged with Burglary other than a dwelling with intent to steal.
Arly TUDGE, 17/11/1999, of Macdonald Avenue, Bolton has been charged with Burglary other than a dwelling with intent to steal.
They have been remanded into custody and are due to appear at Manchester Magistrates Court today (Tuesday 28 December 2021.)
A fourth man also arrested in connection with this incident has been bailed pending further enquires.
Police were called just after 2:30pm yesterday (Monday 27 December) to reports from a security company monitoring CCTV that a group of men were attempting to steal mini diggers and plant equipment.
Officers attended, along with police dogs and the National Police Air Service. Following a search, four men were arrested on suspicion of burglary, and all plant machinery was recovered.
