A third person has been charged with murder following the death of a man in Salford.
Police were called to an address on Cook Street, Eccles, at 7.26am on Tuesday 22 June 2021 to a report of a concern for the welfare of a man.
Emergency services attended and discovered the body of a 48-year-old man later named as Leigh Smith.
A 17-year-old male has been charged with murder and remanded into custody to appear at Manchester and Salford Magistrates' Court tomorrow (5 July 2021).
Two other males, both aged 17, have already been charged with murder, while a fourth 17-year-old male has been released on bail pending further enquiries.
