Officers are investigating following a report of a stabbing outside a premises in Salford this evening (8 June 2021).
Just before 7.10pm this evening (8 June 2021), officers were called to a report of stabbing on Regents Park on Ordsall Lane.
Emergency services attended and a man in his 20s was taken to hospital where he remains with serious but not life-threatening injuries.
No arrests have been made and an investigation is underway.
Detective Sergeant Zoe Marsden, from GMP's Salford CID, said: "A cordon is currently in place at the scene whilst officers carry out a number of enquiries at the scene.
"A lot of people may have been in the area at the time so I would ask anyone with information to come forward - even the smallest bit of information may assist with our investigation.
