A man has been arrested in connection with a series of burglaries at shops in Manchester and Salford in May 2021.
The 42-year-old is being questioned on suspicion of burglary and remains in custody for questioning.
Among the incidents being investigated is a burglary at Ernest Jones jewellers on St Ann Street in Manchester city centre on Wednesday 5 May 2021.
