Man charged after woman taken to hospital with stab injuries

A man has been charged with two section 18 assaults and two counts of criminal damage following an incident in Oldham.
Stephen Turnock (DOB 05/05/1981), of Clyde Street, Oldham, has been remanded into custody and will appear at Manchester and Salford Magistrates' Court today (18 May).
Police were called shortly after 8.40am by NWAS on Sunday 16 May to an address on Clyde Street.
A 40-year-old woman was taken to hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
