A teenage boy has been charged following the stabbing of a 17-year-old boy at Victoria tram stop, Corporation Street, on Wednesday (2 June 2021).
The 16-year-old, who cannot be identified for legal reasons has been charged with S18 wounding and possession of a bladed article and will appear at Manchester City Magistrates today (4 June 2021).
Officers were called to the tram stop at around 9.10pm on Wednesday night and the victim was subsequently found with stab wounds. He was taken to hospital and has since been discharged.
