Two men have been charged by officers following a pursuit in Oldham.
At around 2pm on Monday 8 November, officers from GMP's Tactical Vehicle Intercept Unit spotted a stolen Ford Fiesta in Newhey, Rochdale.
Following a short pursuit, the Fiesta was involved in a collision on Dunwood Park Court, Shaw, Oldham.
A package was recovered and found to contain both suspected heroin and cocaine, along with a machete and a key to an additional suspected stolen vehicle was located.
Darien Kenworthy (DOB 06/10/97) of no fixed abode, has been charged with two counts of handling stolen property, possession of an offensive weapon, and possession with intent to supply Class A drugs.
Bradley Jones (DOB 21/04/99), of Beaconsfield Road, Rochdale, has also been charged with the following:
Both males have been remanded in custody and will appear at Manchester and Salford Magistrates Court this morning (10th November 2021).
