Man charged with series of attempted burglaries in Bury

A man has been charged with a number of attempted burglaries in the Bury area.
Police were called to the Moorside area on 17 October 2021 to reports of several attempted burglaries between 3am and 7am.
Thomas Baker (DOB 06/01/78), of Myrtle Street North, Bury, was arrested two days later and has been charged with six attempted burglaries and theft from motor vehicle.
He appeared at Manchester and Salford Magistrates' Court on 21 October 2021 and has been remanded into custody to appear at Minshull Street Crown Court on 25 November 2021.
