More arrests have been made in Rochdale today, as the crackdown on burglary by the Rochdale Neighbourhood Task Force continues.
- Following a burglary at an address on Denehurst Road in Rochdale in September, and a vehicle interference earlier this month on the Fairway in Castleton, a 39-year-old man has been arrested, and remains in custody for questioning.
- Following a burglary at an address on Whitworth Road in Rochdale in July this year, a 20-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of burglary, and remains in custody for questioning.
Inspector Graham Cooke, from the Rochdale Neighbourhood Task Force said: "I hope that it's becoming clearer to our communities, that we are committed to tackling this sort of criminal behaviour.
"Burglaries can have a very real and devastating effect on those affected by it, and we will continue to take action, and bring those responsible to justice."
