Syed Itshaan Ali
Syed Itshaan Ali (20/10/2002), of Bell Lane, Bury, pleaded guilty at a previous hearing. A search warrant was executed at the Bell Lane property on 24 October 2022, in response to reports of drug dealing from the public.
Controlled drugs with an estimated value of £630, money, a suspected drug dealing ‘shot line’ and a drug dealing tick list were recovered in the search.
A number of mobile phones were also found in the living room, cash totalling £1721.26 and weapons, including a wood chopping axe and a large wood saw shaped like a machete, were also recovered.
DC Adam Gosling of the Bury district said: “I am very pleased with today’s result, as we have successfully got a drug dealer off the street.
“Ali chose to deal drugs in Bury and the good people of Bury did not stand for this.
“I have a simple message – if you deal drugs then we will find you, arrest you and ensure you are put before a court.”
