At around 2am this morning (Saturday 3 November) GMP were called to reports of a disturbance at Stockport Road, Levenshulme.
NWAS also attended the scene and a male in his 30s was taken to hospital with injuries that are consistent with a bladed article being used. His injuries are not thought to be life changing.
A member of the public, a male in his 40s, has been arrested on suspicion of assault, violent disorder, and possession of bladed article and remains in police custody for questioning.
Staff at the premises are assisting officers with their enquiries.
GMP are appealing to members of the public who were on Stockport Road or around the area around 2am this morning.
