Man from Oldham charged with false imprisonment and threats to kill

A 29-year-old man arrested in London will appear in court today (2 February 2022) charged with several offences including false imprisonment and threats to kill.
Jake Corry (14/8/92), of Ashton Road East, Failsworth, was arrested after officers were called to Ashton Road East, Oldham, at 2:30pm on Sunday 30 January 2022 to reports a woman was being been held against her will.
He will appear at Manchester and Salford Magistrates' Court charged with:
- False Imprisonment
- Threats to kill
- Section 47 assault
- Criminal damage
- Assault of an emergency worker
