A woman received life-threatening injuries after being involved in a road traffic collision in Oldham.
Officers were called to Oldham Way around 7:40pm last night (2 February 2022) to reports a 38-year-old female pedestrian had been struck by a Vauxhall Corsa while crossing the road.
Emergency services attended and the woman was taken to hospital, where she remains in a critical condition.
The driver of the Corsa stayed at the scene to assist police.
